When We Are Closed

closedWhen the surgery is closed, please call 111.

NHS 111

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call NHS 111. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

At our Littlebourne Surgery the dispensers offer a Use of Medicines review, please speak to a dispenser or book an appointment with reception. This will be in addition to a medication review with the Doctor.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
